As winter approaches the services of Cara House Family Resource Centre will be of use to even more people older and vulnerable people in Letterkenny.

Living alone? Our befriending volunteers visit people in their own homes for an hour a week, take people shopping or do shopping for them at no charge.

Want more company? Our drivers collect people and bring them to Cara House for meals or courses or just for company in the drop-in room. This is a free service. Delicious lunches are available. These can be delivered on weekdays.

Our Helping Hands men can do small DIY jobs and painting or bring in coal, change a plug or check the smoke alarm. We also have housekeepers who make beds, wash floors etc. There is a small but affordable charge for these services.

If there is any way that you feel we can help you or someone you care for please let us know 9123986 or info@carahouse.ie. Cara House is also looking for your ideas as to how they can further develop services over the next three years.
