The body of a woman has been recovered from the water after her car went off a pier in Donegal.
A car went into the water at Lough Barrow, between Glendowan and Doochary.
Emergency services, including ambulance and Gardai, attended the scene of the incident late this afternoon.
The body of a woman was recovered and removed to Letterkenny University Hospital, where a post mortem examination will be carried out.
The woman’s identity has not been released.
A member of the local emergency services said the incident was a tragic accident.
