Key requirements
Applicant must have:
– a relevant APA or CIP qualification and be CPD compliant
– experience in the use of the Relay computer system -a strong work ethic
and ability to work in a busy, progressive and growing business
– good communication and telephone skills
– a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer relations
