Joe’s Butchers have been crowned the All Ireland Junior Sausage Champion!
Their breakfast fry sausage was created by Lurgybrack student Ellen Bridgeman, which contains black/white pudding, smoked bacon, and egg!
After winning the award, Joe presented the award to Ellen.
Ellen’s creation is available in all Joe’s Butchers outlets.
