Warning issued after two men act suspiciously in Carrigans

A warning has been issued for people to be on the lookout for suspicious activity in Carrigans.

Two men in dark clothing were acting suspiciously near a house on the Carrigans back road to the Meat Factory at around 1am.

They are reported as hiding from oncoming traffic.

Gardaí are currently investigating the matter and people who notice strange behaviour are urged to contact the Gardaí as soon as possible on 074 9167100, or in case of an emergency dial 999 or 112.
