More than 200 customers in the Glenties area are without electricity this evening.
The ESB confirmed that a major fault in the area has left 244 customers without power.
The power went just after 6pm and is not expected to return until 9.45pm this evening.
“We apologise for the loss of supply. We are currently working to repair a fault affecting your premises and will restore power as quickly as possible,” said a spokesman.
