JOBS: An award-winning Donegal-based yogurt company is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join their professional, dynamic and hardworking team.
Nomadic Dairy (a subsidiary of Donegal Investment Group) based in Crossroads, Killygordon, produces innovative dairy products for national and international markets.
The role of Production Supervisor is on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include:-
- Management and allocation of staff
- Ensuring quality conforms to company systems
- Monitoring performance, timekeeping and plant hygiene
- Making appropriate decisions
Requirements:-
- Minimum 3 year’s experience
- HACCP/Hygiene training
- Ability to work extended hours to suit production requirements (Saturdays on a rota basis)
- Strong management, leadership and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft computer package
