CONRAD LOGAN celebrated his new deal at Rochdale with a clean sheet this afternoon as they defeated non-League Barrow in the FA Cup Third Round.

Ramelton native Logan joined The Dale in August, having won the Scottish Cup during a short stint at Hibernian last season.

Logan’s deal at Rochdale was due to expire after today’s game, but this week he agreed to extend his stay at The Crown Oil Arena until the end of the season.

And Logan was in top form again today at Holker Street as Rochdale defeated Barrow 2-0.

Ian Henderson’s two goals earned Rochdale the win, but in between his goals they needed Logan to be on song as the ‘keeper made vital saves from Richie Bennett and Moussa Diarra.

There was no Cup joy for Seamus Coleman and Everton as they lost 2-1 to Leicester City at Goodison Park. Romalu Lukaku put Everton in front, but a brace from Ahmed Musa gave Leicester the win.
