Job Vacancies: Doll company Arklu seeks sales, customer service and HR staff

Arklu the company behind the Lottie brand of dolls, which are based in Colab LYIT on Port Road, Letterkenny are seeking to hire experienced staff members to add to its current team.

Its brand of dolls Lottie are now on sale in over 30 countries and have been the recipient of over 30 international toy awards.

Following another year of phenomenal growth Arklu are looking to scale up again.

In 2016 it signed a book deal with Penguin, a licence agreement with the Worldwide Girl Guides Association and it closed off the year with a major new investment.

Arklu now have the following roles available:

Customer Service

Arklu are recruiting for a fulltime customer service role to manage the consumer interactions on social media, via email and live chat.

Sales

Arklu are seeking a back office sales support to manage their sales to independent retailers in Ireland and the UK, the role will be desk based and experience in email marketing and using a CRM would be preferred.

HR

Arklu are seeking a candidate to manage the HR function within Arklu, from identifying new recruits, to training requirements etc. The role will also provide assistance to managing office operations, planning, travel etc.
