Slam dunk for charity thanks to Letterkenny Blaze BC!

It was certainly a slam dunk for Letterkenny Blaze Basketball Club when they held a basketball marathon at Christmas.

The club boasts a number of underage teams which is a hive of activity at their base at Loreto Convent in Letterkenny each weekend.

But the members put others before themselves recently when they held a ‘Playing for Others’ marathon just before Christmas.

The club presented a cheque for a super €1,346 to St.Vincent de Paul. Well done to all involved.
