Council offering up to 34 Gaeltacht scholarships for 2017

Donegal County Council, through its Coiste na Gaeilge and in association with the Irish Summer Colleges, is offering local students scholarships to attend Donegal-based Irish Colleges in the summer of 2017.

The scholarships are being offered to students between the ages of 10 and 18 years of age living within County Donegal.

Donegal County Council acknowledges, with thanks, the continued support of the colleges for the scheme.

The Council will be responsible for selecting the successful candidates through an open draw. Those who have received scholarships in the past will be entered onto a Reserve List.

Up to 34 Scholarships will be awarded.

Suas le 34 Scoláireacht Ghaeltachta ar fáil ón Chomhairle

Tá Comhairle Contae Dhún na nGall, fríd Choiste na Gaeilge, agus i gcomhar le Coláistí Samhraidh, ag tairiscint scoláireachtaí do dhaltaí áitiúla sa chontae le freastal ar Choláistí Samhraidh i nDún na nGall le linn an tsamhraidh in 2017.

Tá na Scoláireachtaí á dtairiscint do dhaltaí scoile idir 10 – 18 mbliana d’aois agus a bhfuil cónaí orthu i gContae Dhún na nGall.

Ba mhaith le Comhairle Contae Dhún na nGall buíochas a ghabháil leis na coláistí a thugann tacaíocht leanúnach don scéim seo.

Beidh an Chomhairle Contae freagrach as na hainmneacha a roghnú trí chrannchur oscailte. Iad siúd a fuair scoláireachtaí roimhe seo, cuirfear ar liosta tánaisteach iad.

Bronnfar suas le 34 scoláireacht.
