On a day when legendary midfielder Neil Gallagher’s retirement from inter-county football was confirmed, Donegal manager Rory Gallagher joins us on Donegal Sports Talk – listen now:

Donegal resume their Allianz League campaign on Sunday when they take on Dublin at Sean MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.

Donegal overcame Roscommon in their last game after suffering an opening day loss to Kerry. Ahead of the visit of the Dubs to Ballybofey, Charlie Collins hears from Rory Gallagher, following the departure of Glenswilly man Gallagher.

It was a history-making weekend for Carrigart ABC boxer Maeve McCarron, who became the first female boxer from Donegal to win an Irish Elite Senior Championship title.

Winning the 81+kgs class by way of a walkover, McCarron enters the history books. Chris McNulty speals to the Carrigart puncher.

And Cockhill Celtic yesterday booked their place in a fifth successive USL League Cup final thanks to a 5-2 win over Fanad United. Cockhill manager Gavin Cullen gives us his thoughts.
