Cowan goes under the knife for a second time this week as he continues his recovery from a horrific knee injury sustained while playing against St Patrick’s Athletic last season.
McLaughlin this week is in Spain with the Republic of Ireland senior women’s team to take part in the Cyprus Cup, while she is also facing into a busy, exciting schedule with the Irish Under-19s and her new club, Shelbourne.
