A protest has been organised to mark the 40th anniversary of Mary Boyle’s disappearance.

Mary Boyle went missing in 1977 at just six years old from her grandparent’s farm in Ballyshannon. She is Ireland’s youngest missing person.

Participants will assemble on the 20th of March at 2pm outside the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission on 150 Abbey Street Upper in Dublin, and from there they will proceed to the Department of Justice at 51 St. Stephen’s Green.

Participants are also encouraged to make banners and wear purple ribbons on the day.
