Ulster Bank is to close 22 branches nationwide with two of the closures in Donegal.

The Donegal branches to close are Raphoe and Ardara.

220 jobs are also to go in the organisation, as part of the restructuring process.

Management said the redundancies will be voluntary and that supports will be put in place to assist affected customers.
