Job Vacancy: Colm’s Amusements in Bundoran, Co. Donegal, are seeking a Manager to lead a dynamic team of staff and manage daily operations. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, attracting new Customers and retaining current customers.
  • Manage, monitor and control cash handling, security, collections and on site floats.
  • Effectively manage a staff team of 20+ within the company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently within a safe + friendly environment.
  • Oversee and manage all maintenance issues on site.
  • Ability to strongly influence, manage and lead others in a constructive style and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure that on site promotions are managed effectively.

Experience/Requirements:

  • A strong background in managing a customer facing business.
  • A driving licence is essential.
