Job Vacancy: Colm’s Amusements in Bundoran, Co. Donegal, are seeking a Manager to lead a dynamic team of staff and manage daily operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, attracting new Customers and retaining current customers.
- Manage, monitor and control cash handling, security, collections and on site floats.
- Effectively manage a staff team of 20+ within the company policies and procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently within a safe + friendly environment.
- Oversee and manage all maintenance issues on site.
- Ability to strongly influence, manage and lead others in a constructive style and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure that on site promotions are managed effectively.
Experience/Requirements:
- A strong background in managing a customer facing business.
- A driving licence is essential.
