Council invites applications for 2017 Summer Student Placement Scheme for 3rd level students

Donegal County Council has said it intends to provide summer work placements for up to 25 students.

Applications are invited from full-time students, who are currently undertaking a third-level course in Engineering, Business, Finance, Science, Social Science, Arts or related disciplines.

Applicants must:

• have successfully completed two full academic years at third level and
• be returning in September 2017 to continue/complete their studies.

Placement Period: Monday, 26th June to Friday, 18 August 2017 (8 weeks)

Salary: €342.25 per week (37 hour week, paid fortnightly)

Location: Likely locations will be:

Lifford, Letterkenny, Donegal, Carndonagh, Dungloe, Milford
