Job Vacancy: Tobins Service Station seek Forecourt/ Convenience Store Assistant Manager

We currently wish to recruit an assistant manager, with proven man management skills and the ability to drive sales in our store.

With a passion for people development and delivering excellent customer service we are seeking an assistant manager who is people focused, is capable of delivering performance through their teams and ultimately can drive customer service through high retail standards, availability and presentation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Staff Management and training
• Exceptional customer focus
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Drive sales, service, productivity and standards throughout the store
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Clear vision and a determination to succeed
• Carry out all Health & Safety, HACCP and any other legal requirements
• Ensuring that all company operational standards are maintained at all times including freshness, stock rotation, pricing, merchandising, accurate ordering and customer service.

A competitive salary is available to a suitable candidate.

Candidates must have recent and relevant Retail Supervisory/ Management experience
