Derry City v Finn Harps: Twitter reacts to Harps’ derby day win

written by Chris McNulty April 15, 2017

Finn Harps supporters certainly enjoyed last night’s derby win over Derry City.

In the 63rd north west derby fixture, BJ Banda and Michael Funston secured only a third ever League win for Harps and a first away win in the League for the Ballybofey side.

Cult hero Banda grabbed the headlines with his first goal since that epic play-off winner against Limerick in November 2015.

BJ Banda is trending on twitter… fairytale goal no.2 for the @FinnHarpsFC man #GreatestLeagueInTheWorld
