The Donegal Competitions Controls Committee (CC) have released the fixtures for the opening round of the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Donegal senior and intermediate football championships.
County champions Glenswilly start out their defence of the Dr Maguire with a home game against Ardara in Group C on Sunday-week, May 7.
The stand-out game of the opening weekend is the other game in Group C which sees Kilcar – last year’s beaten finalists – take on Gaoth Dobhair in Towney.
The games are split between Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon and the same is the case in the Intermediate Championship.
