Watch: RTE to show The Happy Camper’s happy-ever-after story

It seems like only yesterday that the nice people of The Happy Camper mobile cafe had nothing but gloom and doom in their lives.

After a year in business, they were getting ready for another busy summer season full of pancakes, laughter and satisfied customers.

But then the dreaded hitch came loose on the camper and down an embankment went their dreams and aspirations.

But little did the McCormack girls realise that there was a groundswell of kindness which would help them rise from the ashes once more.

Thanks to some large and small and all equally as important donations, as well as the gifting of a vintage caravan from a big-hearted Creeslough man, the dream is once again a reality.

But why take our flipping word for how good their pancakes are.

Why not call into the girls this summer and taste that goodness, warmth and sense of adventure for yourself.

For a taste of their story, tune into the Ray Darcy Show on RTE television tonight when they will tell their story.

And to see just how the guys spent their first day back in their new home, simply click on the video below.

Many Happy Camping days ahead guys…….
