The two friends killed in Saturday’s crash on the Inishowen Peninsula have been returned to their families for burial.

Nathan Farrell, 18 and Nathan Fullerton, 17, died following the crash at Quigley’s Point in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Three other young men were injured in the single vehicle crash.

The pals had been on a night out as Mr Fullerton had planned to move to Scotland.

The men’s remains were brought to their homes in Buncrana last night amidst heartbreaking scenes.

The funeral of Nathan Fullerton will take place on Wednesday, at St. Mary’s of Cockhill at 11 o’clock Mass with burial afterwards.

Funeral arrangments for Nathan Farrell, have yet to be confirmed.
