Carrickfinn 5K Runway Run: Where did you come?

The second annual 5K runway run took place at Donegal airport this morning.

As Donegal airport has been named as the second most scenic airport landing location on the planet for 2017, there is no better way to kickstart the weekend!

The 5K was organised in association with the Rosses Athletic Club and has raised funds for the RNLI, supporting Arranmore Lifeboat and St. Colmcille’s Coastal Rescue based in Bunbeg.

The first across the finish line was Shane O Donnell in 19 minutes and 35 seconds, followed by Fionnuala Diver with a time of 20 minutes and 3 seconds.
