Roisin Woods will travel to Barcelona tomorrow as the Irish judge for the Entrepreneurial Award in the European eCommerce Awards.
For the third consecutive year, Roisin has represented Ireland as the judge, shaping the decision of who is crowned the winner of the European eCommerce award.
Roisin is the former Senior Manager for eCommerce and Marketing at McElhinneys of Ballybofey, having worked at the department store for more than 20 years.
Roisin said: “it is a great honour to represent my country and to gain insight to different European business models”.
“Many of the entries trade in very mature markets and to see ECommerce at its best from different perspectives and industries is incredibly interesting”.
“For me, the winner must show evidence and embody innovation, change, originality and true entrepreneurship.”
Whilst attending the two-day event Roisin will also attend the Global eCommerce Round Table.
