On the 7th of May Inish Cycling Club hosted their annual charity cycle in aid of the Donegal Cancer Bus, and raised more than €3,500! Incredibly, they have raised another €1,000 since the event!
Inish Cycling Club chairperson Paul Clancy presented Alma O’Donnell of the Good & New Cancer Bus with a cheque for a whopping €4,500.
The cyclists captured some incredible photos during their journey around Inishowen, and the day was an enormous success (despite a few punctures and the odd patch of sunburn!)
Inish Cycling Club would like to send a special thanks to everyone who supported their cycle, saying that their generosity is very greatly appreciated.
Wasting no time, they have already set the date for next year’s cycle! Next year’s cycle will take place on Sunday the 13th of May, the weekend after the May bank holiday, which plenty of time to start training!
