Rosses CDP to host wellbeing summer camp for kids

Rosses CDP are to host a wellbeing summer camp in the Rosses CDP, Chapel Road, Dungloe from Monday the 17th July to Friday the 21st July 10am to 1pm each day for children aged 4 – 8 yrs.

This summer camp is to develop self esteem, a positive mindset in a fun and interactive way activities through physical exercise and games etc. This will be run bilingually (beidh Gaelige labhartha sa campa) which give a opportunity for children to develop their language. Cost €25 euro per child and each child will need to bring a packed lunch. This will run depending on numbers. To book contact 074 95 61686/0879615775.

Walk on Wednesdays for the month July, meet Breege at Lidl carpark at 10am. This is a fun social walk followed by a cuppa at the shed on Dungloe riverwalk. Flat surface suitable for all abilities. Tel the Rosses CDP 074 9561686 for further information.

Chair Aerobics every Thursday from 12 pm to 1pm in the Rosses CDP. This exercise is for men and women and suitable for all abilities. Wear comfortable clothing. €5 per class.

Social Bridge has discontinued for the summer in the Rosses CDP until September.
