Termon GAA: Mixed fortunes for men’s senior teams at the weekend

The July monthly meeting will take place on Tuesday 25th July 7.30-9.00 pm at the Clubhouse.  All club members welcome to attend.

SENIOR & RESERVE MEN

It was a day of mixed fortunes for  the  two men’s teams on Sunday, the reserves won by 3 points while an under strength senior team lost against Malin.

SCRATCH CARD COMPETITION

Many thanks to all who supported our scratch card competition.  The time of the first goal in the Ulster Semi-final was at 37.59, so if you hold the scratch card with that time on it, please phone the number on the reverse of the card to claim your €500.

LOTTO

Last week’s draw was held in the The Glenveagh Inn.  Match 3 winner were Sara Harkin, James Lee McLaughlin and Mark Sweeney, and the Open Draw winners were Cian Quinn and Diane McMahon. Next week’s draw takes place in Wilkins with and Benny Gallagher, Don Gallagher and James Boyle co-ordinating and a jackpot of €1,600.

BINGO 

Bingo at 9pm on Friday night at An Craoibhín.  €2,600 guaranteed in prizes, a jackpot sheet of €650  and a snowball of €2,150 as well on the night. Books ONLY €10 single and €15 double.  This week it is the turn of the under u8 boys and girls’ families to make a special effort to support the bingo, and next week its the turn of the senior and reserve men.

Don’t forget to swipe your Topaz Play or Park card when buying €30 diesel or petrol at Kelly’s Centra, Mountain Top.  If you are not registered, just fill in the form at your local Centra store and nominate Termon GAA Club for your points.  The promotion runs until August 13th. The prizes are : 2 nights’ stay at the Regency Hotel in Dublin, 2 x €50 Kelly’s fuel vouchers, and a €200 Centra holiday voucher, simply pop your name and contact telephone number on the back of your receipt and hand it over to the cashier at the till when you pay and swipe your Topaz card at Kellys.

MINOR BOYS
The minor boys start their championship campaign, the last year for this competition at u18, when they play Urris in the group stages at the Burn Road on Wednesday 26th July.
