A man has been arrested after Gardai seized a weapon and ammunition in a planned search in Convoy.
The raid occurred at a house yesterday evening, which involved local Gardaí and the Regional Support Unit.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene after officers recovered a firearm and ammunition.
The man is being detained at Letterkenny Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939.
