Donegal schoolgirl Cara Eaton is set for a dream trip this weekend after being selected to be mascot for the Liverpool v Arsenal game on Sunday.

The ten-year-old from Raphoe will lead out Liverpool for the big Premier League game at Anfield.

Cara, who plays for Raphoe Town Under-10s and Under-12s, also plays for Raphoe Hockey Club and the Raphoe Badminton Club.

Cara will get to meet her Liverpool heroes and will feature in the matchday programme, while she will be presented with a complimentary Liverpool kit.

As part of the package, she will get a complementary visit to the trophy-laden museum at Anfield and is sure to have a hatful of stories for her friends when she returns to school!
