Conor McGregor will be richer than Daniel O’Donnell after tonight’s fight

After tonight’s fight against Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor will be richer than Daniel O’Donnell.

Daniel O’Donnell raked in €31m over the years due to sales of CDs and performing gigs across the globe.

Down-to-earth Daniel, however, has never donned a ‘F*ck You’ pinstripe suit or posed shirtless draped across a lime-green Lamborghini (that we know of).

According to Forbes, McGregor is worth €28.8 million – €2.2 million less than wee Daniel.

The Daily Edge pointed out that tonight’s fight will mean that for the first time, McGregor will surpass Daniel O’Donnell in terms of wealth. Win or lose, McGregor will be paid an eye-watering amount of money.

If he loses, he’ll still more than double his fortune with a bottom line of €68.8 million.

Conor refers to himself as the King of Ireland, but in Donegal we all know who the real King is.

Either way, we can’t wait to see Daniel and Majella’s episode of ‘Room to Improve’!
