Here’s how you can help out at Flood Aid for Inishowen….

This Sunday sees Donegal come together in music to aid those caught up in the Inishowen Flood disaster.

Letterkenny businesswoman Deirdre Grant and friends decided to enlist the help of Daniel O’Donnell, Nathan Carter and many others to put on a massive concert.

And this Sunday they hope to raise as much cash as possible when they stage Flood Aid for Inishowen at the Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny.

But they also need help.

Deidre takes up the story.

“Many people have offered help and we really need some help to make Sunday flow smoothly. Here’s how it will work.

“We need people to offer their services for 2 hours and to either let us know what two hours you are available or offer any two hours and we will slot you in.

“We need people who will do car park attendance as we will be operating a park and ride to the venue. We also need people to do the following
Act as stewards in the main foyer, on the stairs, in the concert hall, outside the Aura.

“If you want to go to the concert you might do two hours early in the day. If you have no interest in the concert you might do two hours later in the day. Whatever you can offer we would deeply appreciate. If you can offer your services please do not message or call me,” said Deirdre.

Send an e-mail with your name, phone number and your preferred time to offer 2 hours of your time to volunteersfloodaid@gmail.com and one of the team will be in touch.
