Cathedral Quarter will be hosting ‘A Night at the Races’ in Dillons Hotel on Friday, 6 October at 9.30pm.

All money raised will go towards the second Literary Festival and other projects.

The time of the event has been pushed back from 9pm to 9.30pm to avoid clashing with the Ireland – Moldova match.

Races will start immediately after the game. Cost of each horse is €10 and can be purchased from any committee member.

Alternatively, you can buy a horse from the Cathedral Quarter office on the Church Lane. If any business could like to sponsor any of our races, contact the Secretary Donnan Harvey on 086 345 2457.

We will be having a special prize for Best Dressed Lady on the Night. So bring your girl friends and get your glamour on for our night at the races and you could win the title of best dressed lady. Fabulous prizes to be won.

The very stylish Dillons Hotel is the perfect setting to socialise and show off your style while enjoying the fun of the racing.

Our MC and bookmaker for the evening will be Dickie McGranaghan. Pencil the date into your diary and enjoy the fun of the Races while contributing to a very good cause. For more details check out our facebook Page Letterkenny Cathedral Quarter.
