LK Foto – the Letterkenny Photographic Club will host an evening with photographer Gareth Wray tomorrow to begin a new season of events.
The celebrated landscape photographer will be sharing his top tips at an event at Arena 7 Letterkenny (Brunswick Room) on Tuesday 5th September at 7pm.
LK Foto is a local group for people with a passion for photography to meet and share your interest with like-minded photographers.
The group are delighted to welcome Gareth Wray as a guest speaker – an artist who has captured spectacular scenes from across Donegal and Ireland. Wray, who is from Strabane, specialises in nature, aerial, night sky, ruins and monuments.
His works have been featured in the media and popular publications. The event will see Gareth discussing his work and sharing valuable advice on the perfect shot.
All are welcome to attend. New members can enrol on the day. Please note there will be a €5 euro collection on the night to go towards a nominal fee for our guest which includes tea and coffee.
Plus, the society will be announcing the three winners of the Open Summer Theme run over the summer on Facebook. One which was voted on by the public and the other two will have been selected by judges from lkfotoclub.
