Sweep through the classic rooms in this video from selling agents Sherry FitzGerald Rainey and try not to imagine yourself living the high life within the grand interiors.

Donaghmore House was built in the 1800s and comprises of a three storey Victorian house (with a basement). It is set among 90 acres of land with a detached cast iron conservatory, two gate lodges, walled gardens and a range of outbuildings. Many original decorative features have been preserved in the home which boasts plenty of character.

The property is a listed building under the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. It is believed that it was once the home of rectors from the Spence family, who served as ministers of the church in the late 1700s to early 1800s. Sherry FitzGerald Rainey say the present house may have been built after this time.

Donaghmore House sits on the banks of the River Finn and its proximity to the N15 road means there is business potential for a hotel or other uses. The outbuildings too can be converted to residential or commercial use.
