Mayo and Dublin fans across Donegal have been flying their home county flags proudly as each county tensely watches the ongoing All-Ireland final.

During a Sunday morning trek up the picturesque Mount Errigal, Pat and Caroline Meehan planted a Mayo flag in solidarity with their Mayo friends in Australia, who haven’t been able to make it home for the game.

Bellmullet native PJ Reilly is also proudly flying the green and red in Burtonport today.

As of the publication of this article 41 minutes into the game, the score stands at Dublin 1-08 Mayo 0-10.

Only time will tell which team will lift the Sam Maguire!
