Gardaí and fire services attended a house fire last night.

The fire occurred in Doonglebe, on the Mills road, on the outskirts of Letterkenny.

Two fire engines and a Garda car responded to the call at 12:30 am.

A Garda spokesperson confirmed to Donegal Daily that the house was vacant at the time, with no injuries reported.

The source of the blaze is not yet known.

Investigations are ongoing.
