The South West Donegal Community Health Forum have organised a Men‘s Health Information Night next Thursday providing local men with free services and talks.
The event takes place on Thursday 5th October from 6 – 10 pm in Niall Mór Community & Enterprise Centre, Killybegs.
Free talks include representatives from the National Screening Service, Specsavers, Life Skills Trainer. Displays from Men‘s Sheds, Malehealth.ie, Let’s Get Talking Donegal, Prescribing and more.
Free Checks are provided on Blood Pressure and Diabetes. There will be active demonstrations on Yoga and Spinning.
