Breaking: Head-on collision occurs on busy Donegal road

A two-car collision has occurred on a main road outside a Letterkenny primary school.

The crash took place this Friday afternoon on the Lurgybrack road, below Lurgybrack NS on the outskirts of the town.

Two cars collided head-on in the laneway approaching the Dry Arch Roundabout.

Emergency services are believed to be en route to the scene. It is not yet known if there are any injuries. The road has not yet been closed to traffic.
