Dublin star Brian Fenton has revealed that he would sign two Donegal players in an instant if there were a GAA transfer market.

The 2016 GAA Footballer of the Year nominee was talking to 98FM about the players he’d sign for Dublin if he could.

Donegal aces Michael Murphy and Ryan McHugh were top of his list.

“There’s probably a couple, Michael Murphy from Donegal for everything he brings, his presence and his leadership,” Fenton said.

“Ryan McHugh from Donegal, he’s excellent as well.”

Fenton also mentioned Kerry pair Paul Geaney and David Moran and Mayo’s Aidan O’Shea.

The Dublin man added: “You look around the dressing room and you can’t fault too many Dublin footballers and you can’t say ‘Awh, listen I’d replace you with someone else’ so I think I’m happy and I’ll stick with them.”
