A historic day takes place this Thursday when the Educate Together School in Letterkenny move into their brand new premises.

The pupils, along with their teachers, will make a symbolic walk from its current location at Ballyraine Halls to our new building in Kiltoy.

Letterkenny Educate Together National School opened its doors in 2006 with 36 pupils and is now a rapidly developing school and a school choice for a growing number of families in Letterkenny and its surrounds.

The school reached full capacity which resulted in The Department of Education allocating a new 24 classroom school.

A spokesman for the school said “This will be a memorable day in the life of the children, staff and family members of our Letterkenny Educate Together school community.”
