Ollie Horgan’s side were relegated last Saturday following a 3-0 win over for Sligo Rovers over Derry City and fell to their second defeat since, following a 3-2 home reversal on Monday at Drogheda United’s hands.

Ciaran Gallagher, the Harps goalkeeper, was unfortunate with the opening goal on 29 minutes having saved from Gannon only for the Bohemians midfielder to gobble up the rebound.

On 61 minutes Bohemians went 2-0 in front when Akinade smashed home following a cross from Derek Pender and it was three just four minutes later with teenager Hamilton finishing well.
