Job Description:
The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor is required to manage a safe, team orientated environment where the delivery of key metrics including Product quality, Production plan Volume and Waste reduction can be achieved on a consistent basis in a high volume manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
> Successful candidates must be trustworthy, diligent, reliable and experienced.
> Be flexible with hours, and possess the ability to work as part of a team.
> Experienced in multi-shift operation and production.
