Donegal’s Independent Property Valuer becomes a Commissioner for Oaths

Donegal businessman James Gallagher is pleased to announce that he is now a ‘Commissioner for Oaths’ as appointed by Mr. Frank Clarke, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, alongside his established Independent Property Valuation practice in Letterkenny.

Gallagher will now be able to serve Co. Donegal verifying affidavits, which are statements in writing and on oath, and other legal documents.

James offers mobile service throughout County Donegal where legal documentation can be witnessed in the privacy of a person’s own home. He can call to workplaces, and is available seven days a week and at evenings and weekends.
