A public meeting will take place this evening in the Station House Hotel, Letterkenny, to discuss fundraising options for Michael McGrath’s treatment fund.

The popular 40-year-old Letterkenny man captured the public’s heart after revealing he had stage four bowel cancer – just three months after becoming a dad.

He pleaded for help in trying to raise €150,000 to pay for vital Immunotherapy Treatment in Vienna.

A Go Fund Me page that was only set up this week has already raised over €83,000

Michael will travel to Vienna on Saturday to begin treatment on Monday.

Everyone is invited to attend this evening’s meeting in the Station House at 7pm.
