The Three Rivers Shotokan Karate Club took part in the Future Champions Cup at the Community Centre in Lifford on Saturday.

This was a novice level competition ran by neighbouring club Strabane Shotokan which gives students a taste of what it’s like to step onto the Tatami in a competitive environment.

The young Three Rivers members really impressed all in attendance and to top off a great day Leah McClean was announced the Future Champions Cup winner by event organiser Simon O’Dowd for her performance during the event.
