Martin Harley saddled two winners on Saturday to continue his fine recent winning streak.

The Trentagh man, who rode two winners at Chelmsford on Thursday and another at the same venue on Friday, was aboard two victors last evening at Wolverhampton.

Harley rode the David O’Meara-trained Rapid Ranger to victory in the 5.45 race, the Betway Sprint Handicap, holding off the challenge of A Sure Welcome, a 12/1 shot.

Harley, on the 4/1 Rapid Ranger, held up well and took up the running two furlongs out, staying on to win by three quarters of a length.

Harley followed that up with success on Author’s Dream, also a 4/1 shot, in the Betway Live Casino Handicap.

By the finish, Harley had daylight between he and Sheila’s Fancy, the 28/1 fancy trained by JS Moore.
