Irish singing star James Kilbane will be joining the Donegal Youth Choir for a Christmas Concert on Wednesday, Dec 20th, which promises to be an evening of musical delight.

The Donegal Youth Choir jumped at the opportunity when gospel and country singer James Kilbane said he had been invited to Lourdes and liked the idea of a choir travelling with him.

To date 42 young choir members have signed up to travel to Lourdes for four nights departing on Palm Sunday 2018.

In order to assist with funding the event James Kilbane will join with the Donegal Youth Choir for a special Christmas concert in the All Saints Church in Newtown Cunningham on Wednesday 20th December for what promises to be a very special concert indeed.

They will also be joined on stage by local girl, the very talented, Amy Meehan and by the Churches own folk choir.

The concert starts at 8pm sharp with Sara Laughlin as musical director assisted on keyboards by Evan Mc Garrigle.  An evening of musical delight is expected and tickets are only €10. Tickets are available from Keranans Supermarket in Newtown as well as Newtown Pharmacy and Colm Dillon Cars.

Take a break from the madness of the lead up to Christmas and chill out for an evening of beautiful music.
