Two Donegal youngsters were last night presented with Queen’s University Future Star awards.

Loreto, Milford’s Ciaran Moore and Jamie Grant of St Eunan’s College were given their awards last night at Queen’s.

The scheme was initiated in 2014 to recognise players competing for their schools within all Danske Bank Ulster Schools’ competitions at Under-16 level.

The scheme is run by the Queen’s University GAA Academy.

Moore and Grant received their awards from Gerard O’Kane.

Yesterday, Moore was part of the Loreto, Milford side that defeated Pobalscoil Gaoth Dobhair in the Arthurs Cup final in Convoy.
