Hundreds of people had a refreshing start to 2018 during the annual New Year’s Day swim at Marble Hill beach today.
Young and old raced into the sea for a quick dip, braving the cold temperatures in support of a local cause.
Proceeds from today’s event will go towards the Playpark at the Workhouse in Dunfanaghy which is a very enjoyable amenity for all the children in the area. The swim was organised by the Doe Amateur Swimming Club.
