Gardai have confirmed that the young man who was reported missing in Castlefinn has been found safe and well.
An extensive search operation was coordinated this Friday morning after a man in his 20s was reported missing and a sighting was reported near a river at Grahamsland, Castlefinn.
The Rescue 118 helicopter was dispatched by Malin Head Coast Guard to assist gardai in the search. The coast guard was stood down shortly after 10am.
A spokesperson for the Gardai has confirmed that the man is safe and well and no futher assistance is required.
